Last July, my stepfather died suddenly, and we wanted to move my 88-year-old mom, closer to us. We found an independent living community near our church, which was perfect for her. Because my stepfather died so suddenly, my mom had difficulties purging personal possessions before moving, (we wanted her moved before winter). We wanted to give her some space to sort things out so we decided to get a storage unit so she could take her time to sort through things. Originally, we rented a 10x10 unit and when we realized how much she had; we knew we needed a larger unit. Janie Williams was so kind, accommodating and understanding at this most emotional time, she went above and beyond to provide a 10x20 space for my mom. It took us one year to sort through the items and although I was happy to have all that work behind us, I was sad not to be dealing with Janie any longer. The level of customer service at their Self Mini Storage is utterly amazing.
